AG820-2591-enc.BIN and AG820-2591ex1enc.bin

The differences between the Standard ROM and Ex1 ROM are:

Initial Boost mapping.
Max Wastegate Duty
Desired Boost B map

This file is for an STI7 Type UK(EURO Model) with full 75mm exhaust system including "hi flow" Sports CAT.

This example 1 ROM has reduced Initial and Max wastegate Duty Cycle values to fix the "overboost" problem caused by fitting 
a derestricted exhaust system.

Boost pressure is also increased to 1.25 bar boost up to 4000 rpm where the boost slowly decreases to 0.8 bar at 6800 rpm.
Please note that after fitting a full exhaust system that even with the duty cycles set to 0% the turbocharger will in our
experience make at least 1 Bar Boost at 6000 rpm to the rev limiter!.

The standard restrictor in the Compressor feed pipe (to the solenoid valve) is also retained (0.9mm).

Please watch carefully Air Fuel Ratio's at high RPM, best check with a "wideband" AFR Sensor. 

The AG820 files are the only ones we know of available in Europe.

There is an example file of tuned ROM data based around the AG820-2591 ROM. This is different to the AG820-090 in important areas of code so you must use the correct ROM file for the ECU you are using. Please read the associated .txt file.

Like all other files you can copy maps used in in the example ROM into other standard ROM files.

ag820-2592-ex1v3-stdexh-enc.bin file is for a totally standard STi7 with standard exhaust. It works really well, giving +25bhp and +40lbs/ft of torque over a very wide band.

AH190 is STI7 JDM (Japenese 280PS model).
This file was for a Standard car (apart from centre and rear box mods) and runs 1.45 bar boost!. It had standard fuel pump and standard down pipe.
